Register for a Trip

To register for a trip, please fill out the online registration form.  Once you have received confirmation that there is space available on the trip, send a deposit of $250 or payment in full:

1) via PayPal to info@blackbearexplorers.com, or

2) via check/money order sent to:

Please read our payment and refund policy before sending your deposit.

A $250 deposit will be accepted to hold your space. All participants must be paid in full 30 days prior to trip departure. Refunds, minus $150 cancellation fee, will be issued with a 30 day trip cancellation notice. No cancellations within 30 days.  Refunds on short-notice cacellations are in the form of credit on a future trip.
